Job Description
The Vice President of Financial Institution Sales is responsible for delivering on team revenue goals and increasing market share through innovation, business development, account management, customer focus, and relationships. The Vice President will develop and implement sales strategies and processes to effectively lead a strong sales team capable of executing business objectives. The VP will oversee Leaders and Sellers to be highly skilled in both new business development and driving strategic account growth through cross-selling.

EDUCATION
Guarantee good communication and cooperation between the division’s departments and other departments within the Company is maximized primarily in the areas of marketing, sales operations and customer feedback
DECISION MAKING
Significant autonomous decision making authority. Requires broad conceptual judgment and ability to deal with complex issues.
Additional Information
Base Salary: $190,000 - $213,000
Position is eligible for a sales incentive/commission program.
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.

The VP will oversee Leaders and Sellers to be highly skilled in both new business development and driving strategic account growth through cross-selling.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage the Financial Institution Sales team to meet and exceed the assigned revenue targets 5%
- Manage the successful execution of the sales plans, objectives, goals, benchmarks and defined metrics. Evaluate gaps and develop strategies to address. 5%
- Measure and evaluate strategic implementation against intended results. Responsible for results attained through effective execution against business development and business performance goals 5%
- Develop annual strategic business plans to drive new revenue, solution sale strategies, revenue retention, and growth. 5%
- Work with internal partners on go-to-market strategies 5%
- Cultivate top to top relationships with key clients and prospects to further company goals, negotiate key strategic issues, and build the business 5%
- Work with internal partners to collect and analyze market research, customer research and competitive analysis 5%
- Create and develop executable programs, materials and processes that are driven by market and business insights 5%
- Provide accurate forecasts and monthly business updates and have a disciplined approach to pipeline management. 5%
- Hire, retain, coach, lead and develop direct reports o Effectively and timely performance manage associates not meeting assigned objectives 5%
- Ensure optimal organizational structure to achieve sales team objectives and manage labor efficiencies 5%
EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree (Required)
- Graduate degree (Preferred)
- 10+ years of Sales Management Marketing operations and/or strategic and tactical planning experience preferably within the financial services industry.
- Additional expertise required in relationship management leading large complex client relationships and key account management.
- Knowledge of common computer applications and operating systems programs including windows based software such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Possess a demonstrated knowledge of intelligence research techniques and the ability to support tasks assignments and projects independently.
- Ability to plan, organize, lead, coordinate, conduct, gather, interpret, evaluate, analyze, summarize and present findings involving large amounts of information and data from diverse and vast sources. Prioritize issues, solve problems, formulate options, develop profiles and present assessments to concerned parties.
- 8+ years Leadership experience. 3+ years leading leaders is preferred.
- Consistent track record of success in leading teams to achieve and exceed annual quota and business objectives.
- Experience selling and leading initiatives using data and analytics, forecasting and sales reporting.
