X4 Group are partnered with a growing medical device start-up to find a Director of Customer Support on a permanent basis to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers, and lead efforts to optimize clinical workflows, patient care, and implementation support.

  • Location: Greater Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Areas of experience needed:

  • 10+ years' medical device clinical product support experience
  • Remote Patient Monitoring implementation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of class II medical device regulations and compliance
