We're looking for a motivated and organized Work From Home Scheduling Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary updates with a friendly and professional approach.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for corporate executives and team members.

Offer personalized recommendations and insights to enhance clients' travel experiences.

Work with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings and updates, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Address any travel-related issues or concerns promptly, providing creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain organized records of travel bookings, expenses, and client information, respecting confidentiality and adhering to company policies.

Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and ensure a positive client experience.
