Email/Web Content Manager

Our well known financial services client is looking to hire an Email/Web Content Manager in a long term freelance capacity beginning September 2024.

This role is slated to be onsite in Austin 5 days/week, but the client is also open to candidates who are able to work onsite in Lone Tree, CO 5 days/week (40 hrs per week).

As Email/Web Content Manager You Will

• be responsible for managing web content and projects related to the company's website
• write, edit and proofread new content while ensuring that all documents meet established content standards
• facilitate publishing content to websites and work with developers and operations staff to assess and resolve any technical challenges in displaying the content
  
  

Email/Web Content Manager must have a strong technical background in addition to the creativity required to develop responsive, interesting original content. Traditional writing skills and expertise in new media is preferred.

Email/Web Content Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email and cloud page creation), Selligent Message Studio, or other email platforms.
• Knowledge and understanding of Journey Builder & Automation Studio components are a plus.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - UX, Product Management, and other Stakeholders - to solve strategic challenges.
