Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in technical project/program management within the software industry.
Proven experience managing multiple technical and scrum teams, software development lifecycles, and release management for back-end services and consumer-facing software.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and other software development frameworks.
Extensive experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence to generate reports, dashboards, burndowns, and track team velocity.
Skilled in leading effective meetings, planning, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-ups.
Expertise in project tracking and reporting across all organizational levels.
Proactive in process development, consistently evaluating and improving processes in each iteration.
Strong soft skills in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Quick learner with a positive attitude, thriving in ambiguous environments.
