Carmela Gourmet Toast and Coffee Bar is a casual-dining/coffee bar, consisting of nine locations (and growing) in Broward and Palm Beach Counties in South Florida. Our full menu boasts an assortment of gourmet toasts, juices, sandwiches, and fresh salads complemented with our premium Costa Rican Coffee beans harvested at our El Cuminate Farm. Our stores offer an inviting atmosphere where our patrons find themselves “at home, away from home”.

At Carmela, we pride ourselves in service and entertainment, knitted harmoniously with exceptional food, to create a business model that promotes loyalty and customer satisfaction.

The goal of the Carmela Brand is to position itself at the level of other notable specialty restaurants in the Southeast region of the United States. Through a franchise relationship with Carmela, we aim to offer new opportunities for long term business expansions.
