Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing service activities, managing staff and patient ratios, ensuring proper staffing levels, and developing nursing policies in alignment with system standards.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you must hold an active RN license in the state and have a Master's Degree or be progressing towards one. A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience and three years of nursing management experience is preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with additional certifications like CNE, CRRN, CCRN, and PCCN being advantageous.
