- Act as liaison between Company and customer to address customer quality concerns and provide requested information to the customer to assist them in understanding our quality systems. - Track scrap, rework, internal and external PPM and lead teams for improvement. - Lead structured problem-solving approach for internal and external problems. - Develop and implement systems to support IATF16949 and ISO14001 compliance activities to include but not limited to creating and implementing inspection criteria and procedures. - Actively lead continuous improvement through employee development, process improvement and elimination of waste. - Support APQP launch initiatives. - Evaluate supplier quality performance with Purchasing. Drive supplier quality improvement and lead in supplier development and corrective action activities on an as needed basis. - Administer customer warranty process and provide technical support for all customer supplied product. - Supervise quality engineers/technician.
