Inventory Planning Analyst

Job Summary

This role is located in Atlanta, GA. A candidate must be located in Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate on their own dime. This is a Hybrid schedule with Monday - Wednesday in office and Thursday - Friday work from home (Manager will confirm schedule once an offer is being extended).

This role is responsible for category inventory management across the enterprise. Responsible for creating replenishment strategies, executing SKU transitions, maintaining network balance through parameters, and collaborating with internal and external cross functional partners.

Required

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
• 1-3 years of Supply Chain/Inventory planning professional experience
• Degree

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Leverages systems (SAP and Blue Yonder) to execute and maintain excellent customer service while efficiently managing inventory.
• Daily procurement while adhering to category Open to buy budget
• Utilizes and monitors exception reports and daily analytics for key business metrics.
• Works to align inventory system controls (EOQ, min/max, safety stock, velocity rankings) with business objectives. Analyzes and communicates impact of proposed changes.
• Manages supplier relations and partners with supplier to address In-stocks, fill rate, lead time, damaged in-transit issues and supplier return.
