Role Overview:

The Director of Finance Strategy & Transformation will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, driving finance transformation initiatives that align with our value creation roadmap. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of the North America finance organization, collaborating with leadership, private equity sponsors, and external consultants to deliver impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CFO, private equity sponsors, and the executive team to monitor and advance progress towards the value creation roadmap and exit readiness.
• Transformation Initiatives: Identify, scope, plan, and execute transformation projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and value creation within the finance function.
• Project Leadership: Develop and manage project plans, secure resources, and ensure timely execution of initiatives while communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance organization.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in management consulting or in-house finance transformation leadership, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results in large organizations.
