Job Title: Marketing Sample Coordinator

Location: NY, NY

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support sample library organization and sample lending process for all photoshoot production needs. Team member will be responsible for ordering and tracking all incoming and outgoing samples to support business needs. At any given time, multiple seasons will need to be managed; a team player with the ability to work independently and problem solve along with developing strong cross functional relationships is key to success. Attention to detail, organization and strong follow-up skills are necessary. Management of inventory, shipping, receiving of samples will be key.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sample pulls for ALL photoshoot style outs, photoshoots and other Ad-Hoc sample Marketing needs
• Maintain library of collections and inventory through an organized system of checking in and checking out, with the goal of minimizing conflicting requests and maximizing sample usage across PR and the Merchandising teams
• Work within internal platform Navision for necessary style, sizing reports and to complete TOR’s for requesting and receiving necessary samples
• Organize and pack all samples for photoshoots and on wrap days
• Oversee sample management at photoshoots
• Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to return dates
• Develop process and maintain sample organization for marketing team
• Oversee and complete all inventory reporting and reconciliation
• Report any damaged samples

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience required
• Ability to work in office when necessary
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Be a team player with a focus on collaboration
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Sense of urgency to complete projects/ tasks
• Ability to work independently and problem solve- self-motivated
• Demonstrate self- confidence, energy and enthusiasm
