A privately owned company in the Greenbelt area is searching for a Senior Director of Human Resources. You will be reporting to the Head of HR and be a true business partner with operations supporting over 1,000 employees and managing a team of ten.
Functions
Partner with the Head of HR to ensure the evolution of the human resources function within a diverse, fast growing, multi-company enterprise
Develop Human Resource plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives across multiple production services companies
A strategic business advisor to the executive management regarding key organizational and management issues
Collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational change, promote a positive culture, and enhance employee engagement
Lead a team of Human Resource professionals across multiple functions and companies.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred
At least 12 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 5+ years of management
Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong coaching skills with an exceptional ability to mitigate and resolve complex issues and lead/drive change
