Director of Benefits– Jamesburg, NJ

LHH is proactively recruiting for a Director of Benefits in Jamesburg, NJ. This position is a Contract (Temp). The anticipated pay range is between $50-$60/hr. depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Responsibilities:

Oversee current HR systems, workflows, and processes of day-to-day HR transactions

Developing and managing benefits strategy

Staying informed about legal compliance

Analyzing internal processes

Collect data and generate/analyze reports that will be used in providing effective resolutions to daily HR tasks

Collaborate with the HR team to create improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree required

3-5 years background in role

Must be proficient in HRIS, ATS, Workday, Dayforce and Icims

Must be organized

Have great communications both verbal and written
