Base pay range
Position based in the Pittsburgh Tri-state area.
Position Overview
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Lead the sales managers and manage their performance to meet goals.
- Develop relationships with key customers to drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set sales goals and objectives based on company needs.
- Oversee sales team performance and provide coaching and training.
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends in sales performances.
- Develop and execute plans to increase market share.
- 60% domestic travel required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong machining knowledge/ background.
- Extensive experience in cutting tools or related field
- Previous senior/executive sales management experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
