Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
We are seeking a VP of Sales to join our team and lead our sales efforts. As a key leader in our organization, the VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for managing our team of sales personnel and training and developing them to meet performance goals.

Position based in the Pittsburgh Tri-state area.

Position Overview

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Lead the sales managers and manage their performance to meet goals.
  • Develop relationships with key customers to drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals and objectives based on company needs.
  • Oversee sales team performance and provide coaching and training.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends in sales performances.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase market share.
  • 60% domestic travel required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong machining knowledge/ background.
  • Extensive experience in cutting tools or related field
  • Previous senior/executive sales management experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
