Director of Business Development

Position Overview: The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities for the organization. This role will involve researching market trends, cultivating relationships with potential clients, negotiating deals, and developing strategies for growing the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for revenue growth of the organization
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients
• Negotiate agreements with clients
• Research market trends and analyze data to identify new opportunities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales
• Provide property tax consulting services
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business development and/or sales leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and problem-solving skills
• MBA is a plus
