Operations Director

Pennsylvania Rush Soccer Club is looking for an Operations Director. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual who is proactive and organized. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Director Of Operations Role And Responsibilities

• Work with the TD to create and distribute all training and game field schedules - Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. When fields are closed, help with other options for training, meet at venues and book for all teams for the winter season.
• Direct reporting oversight of Registrar and Social Media Coordinator
• Work closely with the Club Treasurer and TD to build budgets for all Club programs and staffing
• Manage Club TeamSnap account
• Tournament Coordinator - Close work with the Registrar to communicate with all tournament directors on which tournaments to attend, discounts, billing etc.
• Work closely with the TD to improve program logistics
• Close work with TD, and other staff, on a 5 year business plan and supporting marketing plans to be the best club in the area
• ECNL-RL and LVU Rush Operations with all girls teams including WPSL
• Fields; including finding new fields year round to include managing billing and communications regarding usage (to find or decline space as needed), observing CBSD's need to know by the prior Wednesday
• Tryouts - Provide administrative support to TD for all tryouts, supported by Registrar, with lists, spreadsheets, player communications. Attend all the full day tryouts and have no games on those days etc.
• Manage Capelli uniform ordering for all players
  
  
  

LVU Rush Director of Operations

• School of Excellence - Assist with logistics and oversee promotion for the School of Excellence during the winter and the logistics associated with selection of U8/U9 travel teams for the spring season (communications, uniform ordering etc.)
• Email club members regarding Rush club programs when registration is created and opened by the Registrar
• Reply to emails within 24 hours and the Rush way
• Run bi-weekly operation and administrative Google Hangout calls
