Responsible for the development and successful execution of talent acquisition strategies designed to source, attract and hire the best talent for assigned recruitment portfolio. Accountable for the management of full life-cycle recruitment processes, sourcing and selection strategies, ensuring success according to established KPI’s (time to fill, cost per hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction, candidate quality, etc.) and compliance with all EEOC/AA, state and federal regulations.

Essential Duties

  • Identifies, develops and executes successful recruitment strategies and campaigns designed to attract top talent to the Company.
  • Develops and maintains strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the business and talent requirements.
  • Identifies, develops, and establishes strong relationships with external organizations and/or vendors including community organizations, third-party agencies , and professional organizations designed to establish effective networks and sourcing channels.
  • Accountable for the delivery of high-quality candidates for all open positions and designs appropriate selection and interviewing practices to ensure high quality hires.
  • Facilitates and advises line managers in the application of best practices throughout the full life cycle of the recruitment process from the requisition to negotiating an offer.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and procedures and participates in initiatives to make improvements.
  • Trains and coaches hiring managers and staff in interviewing and selection skills, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with recruiting process mapping, recruiting metrics, systems management, vendor relationship management while working within an on-line applicant tracking system.
  • Requires successful hands-on experience in developing and implementing recruiting processes and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of EEO/AA regulations and diversity programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing candidates, defining competencies, interviewing and screening for candidate qualifications and competencies
  • Positively represents the Company, its culture, the opportunity, and employment brand
  • Analytical ability to recognize trends in recruiting areas and provide pro-active solutions to attract and retain high quality candidates.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to accomplishing results
  • Consultative, collaborative and influences without authority
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
