About Our Client Our client is an Atlanta based General Contractor with a strong local reputation. Our client has a diverse portfolio of both ground up and interiors commercial projects in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the on-site construction team.
Oversee and coordinate all on-site work.
Attend production meetings.
Review and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
Uphold quality standards throughout the project.
Manage on-site materials and equipment, including placing orders.
Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Enforce on-site safety, cleanliness, and orderliness.
Maintain records, including daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs.
Interface with inspection authorities for approvals.
Communicate with project stakeholders regarding details and deliverables.
Assist in project planning and implementation.
Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
Analyze data as required.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting invoices, and preparing estimates.
Track and report on project progress.
Support the Project Manager with additional tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
Experience in commercial construction is required.
Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects is required.
Proficient in Procore, Excel, and Word.
Experience with submittals, pay applications, monthly forecasts/budgets, subcontract drafting, and change orders.
What’s on Offer
Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $90,000
