VP of Sales
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth
Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize sales performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives
Monitor and report on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the same or similar industry
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans
Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Annual Salary $175,000 - $200,000
The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
