Our client is a beauty industry leader that is looking for a well-experienced VP of Performance Marketing with a strong digital marketing professional background to relocate to their southern Florida office.

VP Of Performance Marketing Requirements

  • Ability and desire to work ON SITE (not remote or hybrid) in Southern Florida
  • CPG performance marketing experience within the last two years, marketing a specific physical product DTC (not an entire brand) that is not an established/household brand
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition, ideally in an e-commerce, digital-first brand in a significant growth stage including revenues from $50- $150MM in annual revenue
  • Experience managing a marketing team responsible for over $1MM/month ad spend on Meta for one brand
  • Expertise in Excel (SQL is a plus). Comfortable working with large datasets and have an in-depth understanding of statistical analysis
  • Experience and passionate opinions about attribution model ‘fit’ (MMM, MCA, etc.)
  • Managing marketing budget and evaluate the performance
