What will you be doing?


As a member of the Business Operations team at Clasp, you’ll have a hand in everything that helps us go to market and support Clasp as we scale:


  • “Early stage gap filling”: building out early processes and standing up new functional areas to support Clasp as it scales (e.g., customer implementations workflow)
  • Developing new market segments and identify creative growth strategies (e.g., strike a product partnership to support a new product line)
  • Be the “GM” for our signed partner accounts, tracking the ROI of each partnership, identifying new growth levers, and ensuring that both Clasp and its partners are meeting their adoption goals
  • Manage the day-to-day of our partner accounts, building out new enablement material (e.g., GTM playbook) and ensuring all parties across R&D, GTM, support & ops, are tracking towards set integration milestones
  • Acting as the voice for our customers in product development, driving forward important feature requests that will support our partner’s growth targets


Who are we looking for?


  • Operator with at least 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate strategy
  • Cross-functional leader who gets an organization working together towards strategic objectives—especially with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support
  • A person with a proven track record taking projects from 0 to 1, managing everything from initial scoping and implementation to setting KPIs and ongoing monitoring
  • An individual who is customer obsessed, has a high bias for action, and a strong attention to detail
  • Systems thinker with a deep understanding of how businesses operate and ability to model in excel


Bonus:

  • Exposure to growth and product are a huge plus
  • If you’ve worked in payroll, insurance or the healthcare space
  • If you've already been an operator at an early stage startup


Compensation details


We offer competitive salaries in line with years of experience and work location. The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000-$230,000. Our benefits include health insurance that is 100% covered, a $5K office budget, and unlimited PTO, among others (learn more about our benefits).
