This position is full time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.


Responsibilities


This Production Coordinator role sits on the marketing team, partnering closely with teams across projects in all of our offices (NY, LA, CHI, PDX). As the Production Coordinator, you will work across our editorial on everything from producing content for our website to editing and producing podcasts, managing editorial calendars and strategizing promotion of audio and video content across platforms. You’ll also occasionally assist on client-facing work.


You’ll play a key role on the marketing team by assisting with day-to-day processes that contribute to smooth operations. You’ll see projects through from start to finish, tracking each piece of feedback along the way and making sure it translates to the final product. You’ll support a team of creatives and editors and be expected to work well in collaboration with a variety of roles across the agency. You report in to our Associate Director, Editorial and work in lockstep with our Associate Editorial Strategist to assist on producing content for our TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn channels. You’ll contribute creatively to articles, podcasts, special projects and our social strategy to keep things fresh and innovative. This role requires a strong mix of creative thinking, social & digital understanding, time management, organizational skills, and creative ambition.


A huge part of this role is owning the foundation on which many creative projects are built. Key responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting the marketing and editorial team
  • Producing content, both written and audio
  • Owning development and publication of case studies
  • Tracking editorial projects and production timelines
  • Collaborating with and contributing to agency social strategy
  • Helping to consolidate and deliver feedback
  • Contributing creative ideas in brainstorms across various projects
  • Be on-set as needed to assist on photo & video production
  • Jumping into client work when/where necessary


Requirements


  • 1-2 years of production experience ideally in a creative environment
  • Multi-task and prioritize workload with quick turnarounds
  • Comfort liaising among different departments and team leads, navigating against competing priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to comfortably contribute to creative ideas
  • An understanding of deliverables and assets needed for Social (both Paid and Owned)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm
  • Highly organized & detail oriented
  • Thrive in a diverse environment
  • Bachelor's degree

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
