Job Description Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Field Sales/Sales Operations) is critical in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with Viega LLC’s needs and values. This is a key role in building a skilled and diverse workforce, contributing to the company's growth and success with focus on Field Sales and Sales Operations roles.

Responsibilities span from managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, future pipeline development, executing talent strategies, conducting interviews, extending offers, supporting employer branding, and establishing key partnerships to secure future talent.

Job Description Details

  • Review resumes assess candidates' qualifications and match them with the ideal role.
  • Conduct phone screens and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and knowledge.
  • Facilitate interviews with hiring managers and team members in person or virtually, to thoroughly assess candidates.
  • Manage communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely to understand specific talent needs, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed about their status and next steps.
  • Provide timely and thorough feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders after interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Create and implement effective strategies using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by actively seeking candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensure fair and unbiased hiring practices.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by identifying and engaging with potential candidates who may not be immediately available but could be an asset in the future.

Required Qualifications

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (preferrable SuccessFactors) and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • 5+ years recruiting experience including 2 years in Field Sales Positions, preferable in Building materials.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Total Rewards Package:

  • Base: $72,000 to $95,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus or Commission: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
