We're looking for a fun, creative individual with style to work collaboratively with our team to manage our social media platforms and work with our content creators and influencer base. This person should be able to tell stories that are interesting andcompelling to our community, while also generating revenue through organic channels.

  • Post compelling content daily on all social platforms
  • Create content that can be shared to increase engagement
  • Source and work with content creators and editors to regularly create content across all brand pillars
  • Own ideation - generate ideas and populate the creative pipeline and manage on time execution
  • Developcontent weekly by following the marketing calendar and execute on prompts provided by the marketing team
  • Visually document the behind the scenes of our brand
  • Contact existing and new influencersto generate content
  • Engage our community to request UGC
  • Proactive listening acrosssocial channels - commenting and liking posts and responding to all comments on our accounts
  • Generate weekly reporting to show growth across set KPIs
  • Provide social strategies for new product launches and collaborations

Experience

  • 2+ years of social media management including ideation and content creator management
  • 1+ years working with social media influencers and affiliates

Additional Skills & Competencies

  • Super outgoing, must love to collaborate with others
  • Works both creatively and strategically
  • Must be able to ideate and execute compelling content that increases engagement

Freelance position (10-15 hours per week), must be located in the Pittsburgh or surrounding areas.
