Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Enerco, your primary responsibility for the first 4-6 months will be to perform on-site quality control for a large-scale HVAC installation across 40 telecom data centers. You will be directly involved in ensuring that every aspect of the installation meets our high standards, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Once the initial project is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities, including managing field personnel, overseeing additional projects, and contributing to process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities (First 4-6 Months):

• On-Site Quality Control: Ensure all HVAC installations across 40 data centers meet the highest industry and company standards.
• Hands-On Involvement: Be directly involved in the field, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth execution of the installation project.
• Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor new team members in our proprietary process to maintain consistency and quality.

Growth Opportunities (Post Initial Project):

• Project Management: Oversee additional HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Field Team Management: Supervise and coordinate field personnel, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management and field operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC or related field operations, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Hands-On Skills: Proven ability to lead in the field with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation processes.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control with an eye for detail in all aspects of HVAC installation.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a small, fast-paced environment with a flexible, common-sense approach.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, field teams, and management.
• Availability for Travel: Must be available to work in-person and travel regularly to on-site locations throughout the NYC area.
