Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their legal needs and assess if the firm can assist them.
- Present the firm’s services, explain the benefits of working with our attorneys, and outline the next steps in the legal process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the consultation and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless transition from consultation to representation.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting consultations into retained clients.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-ups in the firm’s CRM system.
- Stay informed about developments in family law to effectively communicate the firm’s expertise to clients.

- Proven sales experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting. We value results, so if you have a history of getting things done, we want to hear about it.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You understand the art of building relationships, and you follow up until the prospect buys, dies, or unsubscribes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You can navigate a fast-paced, tech-heavy environment with ease.
- A team player mentality. You need to believe in our mission, and our company, and be willing to have an attitude of service and humility to make it here.
- Thick skin and a resilient attitude. Salespeople experience rejection—what matters is how you handle it. We expect you to take coaching as intended to help you master your career.
- Experience team-based activities are a plus; whether it is a team sport or a Dungeons and Dragons league, it shows you know what it’s like to be on a team, follow rules, and be open to coaching.
