Our strategy is to work with large Issues in multiple markets. In India, the 10th largest financial institution in the world by valuation - HDFC Bank is migrating their credit cards, debit cards, deposits, loans, and all of their retail banking from Fiserv and Oracle Flexcube to Zeta over the next four years.

In the US, we are working with multiple mid and large-sized Banks with multi-million card portfolios.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sr Product Head, Deposits and Liabilities, who will launch and operate Deposit Programs (Savings Accounts and CDs) in the US market on behalf of our Banking clients

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in defining, launching, implementing and optimizing the full Program Management lifecycle for Deposit Accounts including -

• Acquisition - In depth experience in leveraging digital acquisition channels such as Nerdwallet, Bankrate etc
• Digital Experience - Ownership of the digital experience for deposit accounts on mobile and web including Payments Hub, Transfers, Statements, Card Management
• Operations - Experience in defining and running Operations including Fraud Operations, Account Operations, Payment Operations. In depth understanding of the KPIs to measure and the pitfalls to watch for
• Indepth Systems knowledge - Indepth knowledge of vendors and capabilities across all relevant systems including - Origination, KyC / IDV, Processing, Payments, Digital Apps, Servicing Systems, Fraud, Analytics etc
• Compliance - Expertise and knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting for deposits and liability accounts

• Demonstrable experience (preferably 10+ years) leading deposit portfolios
• Deeply Analytical and Data Driven
• Hands-on, Roll up your sleeves and get into the details attitude
• Operational Rigor
