H&P is representing an established private equity firm based in New York City seeking a highly qualified Private Equity Associate to join their team in summer 2025. They specialize in investing in promising businesses in the industrials, business services, and healthcare sectors, driving growth and maximizing returns. As an Associate, you will conduct in-depth analysis of investment opportunities, assist in deal sourcing, and contribute to portfolio management efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, including valuation and scenario analysis, to assess potential investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by researching and analyzing target companies, market trends, and industry dynamics.
• Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including transaction structuring, negotiation, and coordination with legal and financial advisors.
