Senior Account Manager - Client Relationship & Growth Specialist

Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and managing client relationships across various locations. You will oversee service activities for a range of products while ensuring exceptional quality and performance. By developing a deep understanding of client needs and business operations, you will drive proactive support to increase client satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of their relationship with our company.
    • Ensure timely and empathetic responses to client needs, including handling service incidents and technical issues.
    • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their business and identifying service needs.
  • Service and Support Oversight:
    • Oversee the delivery of support and services for various products, including Payroll Cards, Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and more.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery.
    • Act as the client’s advocate in strategic reviews, aligning their needs with our solutions.
  • Revenue and Growth:
    • Manage revenue targets for new and existing accounts, ensuring profitability and achieving growth goals.
    • Develop and execute account and contact plans, understanding client strategies and opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting and billing, managing contract renewals and additional agreements.
  • Industry and Process Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Develop initiatives to enhance client communication and internal processes, delivering reports and forecasts to senior management.
What We're Looking For

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 4 years in client-facing roles or the financial industry.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions on complex issues.
    • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is \(81,100 to \)143,500 annually, with opportunities for additional incentives.
