Legal.io is working with a leading FinTech company seeking to engage an experienced Corporate Counsel for a flex engagement (~10 hours / week for 6 Months).
Job Responsibilities:
Pick up overflow work in support of general corporate matters
Transfer of RSUs
Preparing board consents
Some employment law matters - employment and separation agreements
Crafting language for employee accelerations
Ad hoc corporate work as necessary
Work to support HR team and policies
Drafting and maintaining corporate governance documents, board resolutions, and charters.
Does not have to be Web3 proficient, but would be a nice to have
Location: Remote
Hourly Pay Rate: $180 - $200
Duration: 6 Months
