Responsibilities
Leadership Provide clinical leadership and direction to the veterinary team, ensuring high standards of care and client service.
Medical Excellence Oversee and manage the medical operations, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and surgical procedures.
Mentorship Mentor and develop veterinarians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Client Relations Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Operations Collaborate with clinic management to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and achieve business goals.
Compliance Ensure compliance with all veterinary medical, legal, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid California veterinary license.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in small animal practice.
Previous Leadership Or Management Experience Preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for providing high-quality veterinary care and building client relationships.
