Are you a dedicated Psychiatrist with a passion for leadership and innovation in behavioral health? We're excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Remote Medical Director - Psychiatrist to join our team. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact by providing clinical oversight and leadership across a range of behavioral health activities.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee clinical practices in behavioral health services, including Utilization Management, Quality Management, and Case Management.
Collaborate with various business lines to enhance and manage behavioral health activities.
Provide strategic direction and clinical guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.
This is a remote position with occasional office visits required. Candidates should be located near or in Orange County, CA.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric specialty.
Proven leadership and administrative experience.
Doctorate of Medicine from an accredited institution.
Active CA Medical Doctor license.
Certification by an American Specialty Board in Psychiatry.
Strong background in product and program management.
Experience with quality management, care coordination, and utilization management in inpatient psychiatry, ACO, or FQHC settings.
