    • Supporting the completion of the product roadmap and schedule.
    • Owning the Go-to-Market strategy in partnership with product management and the Customer Success Manager, whether enhancing features of an existing service with a well-understood model or creating a new service targeting a new customer segment that requires an entirely new GTM strategy.
    • Understanding the preliminary pricing model and P&L, including a 5-year revenue forecast, ROI, and costs/investments.
  • Lead or participate in key operational improvements, such as product performance measurement and process/technology enhancement planning.
  • Contribute to executive-level reporting to support leadership decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts, plan work, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact at any level.
  • Strong understanding of project management and business analytics, with the ability to lead those responsible for these functions.
  • Detail-oriented with a preference for being held accountable for results.
  • Analytical skills with an aptitude for understanding both business and technical aspects of the business.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities.
