Business Operations Lead

Job Overview

We're looking for an Operations Lead to help solve the thorny organizational problems involved with rapid growth, and to optimize different processes that make an organization productive. Your one and only goal will be to help other teams get their work done. You will work with all departments and be critical in ensuring that all of our teams work in an effective and repeatable manner and collaborate well across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Be curious – Listen to and work with internal stakeholders to discover operational issues, speak openly with staff members at all levels of the organization to develop a comprehensive theory and understanding of each challenge.
• Help people – Work across all of the company's teams (sales, engineering, design, operations, people, marketing, etc.) to build and improve robust business processes that support reliable company growth. Design creative solutions from scratch that move our stakeholders toward resolution.
• Solve problems – Drive results by aligning actions with medium- and long-term business objectives, and solving problems iteratively where possible
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical leadership/problem-solving experience
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, change/project/operations management, consulting, or other relevant field
• Experience in process improvement – any framework
• Experience balancing and prioritizing stakeholder needs
• Project management skills and experience
• Excellent people skills and communication skills (written and spoken)
• You are a thoughtful and attentive listener
• You are self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous
• You are a creative problem solver and a critical thinker
• You are able to work with ambiguity
• Authorized to work in the United States
