Creative Director

As creative director you will be responsible for providing design direction as well as project management and leading digital designers. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and is motivated by results.

The Role:

• Continuously generate innovative, distinctive, and strategic ideas for brand marketing.
• Oversee the creative development process, from brainstorming to concept presentations.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all assets and customer interactions.
• Manage social media marketing, digital marketing, advertising, web design, and out-of-home (OOH) media for the brand.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities by motivating the team and fostering new and creative thinking.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven ability to build trust within brand team.
• Skilled in making critical creative decisions promptly and serving as a composed, solution-focused leader.
• In-depth knowledge of the current digital landscape and a passion for enhancing client shopping experiences across all platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Effective collaborator with various stakeholders, including agency partners, cross-functional teams, and founders.

Title: Creative Director

Years of Experience: 5-8 years

Location: New York - Hybrid (in office 2-3x a week)

Salary: $175,000 -$225,000 with some flex
