Quality Assurance Manager

Full-time Quality Manager needed in Hatfield, PA

CDP Solutions has been retained to find a talented Quality Manager for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. Job Functions:

• Interpret and implement ISO quality standards
• Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems
• Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes
• Manage the quality department’s KPI’s & report monthly to the executive leadership team
• Provide leadership, training, coaching to department staff
• Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
• Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes
• Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Interact with customers at the plant

Compensation

Our client offers a competitive salary plus bonus. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Salary range $100K - $125K plus bonus

Total compensation range $110K - $140K
