Our mission is to transform and drive value within their core business processes through innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise on the Now Platform.   We are Private Equity backed and with plans for explosive growth over the next few years and are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.  


Position Overview 


The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and operational strategy and ultimately the growth and success of CoreX. This executive position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management and operations, robust analytical skills, and the ability to influence and drive organizational success. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring financial health and sustainability while supporting our long-term growth objectives.  As our growth plans include multiple near-term acquisitions, the CFO will play a critical role in strategic planning, diligence, and integration of these acquisitions. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Strategic Financial Leadership: 
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth plans. 
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections. 
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. 
  • Financial Management: 
  • Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance. 
  • Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. 
  • Optimize cash flow management and capital structure to support business needs. 
  • Leadership and Team Management: 
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and operations team. 
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the organization. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matters with investors, auditors, and financial institutions. 
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to the board of directors and other key stakeholders. 
  • Compliance and Risk Management: 
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards. 
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets and reputation. 


Qualifications 


  • Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 


  • Experience: 
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior financial management role, preferably within the consulting services industry. 
  • Proven track record of successful financial leadership and strategic planning. 
  • Experience with managing the financials related to the consulting business model 
  • Experience in managing businesses with multiple global entities 
  • Experience with acquisitions; planning, diligence, and integrations 
  • Experience working with Private Equities firms is a plus 


  • Skills and Competencies: 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and external partners. 
  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations, tax, compliance, and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
