Are you a dedicated and experienced medical professional with a passion for providing top-notch care to seniors? We are seeking a Medical Director to lead our Residential Assisted Living Care and Hospice Homes throughout Florida and potentially other states. At Forward Bound Solutions we ensure the highest standards of medical care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the medical care provided to residents in our assisted living and hospice care homes.

- Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

- Provide leadership and guidance to medical and support staff.

-Perform routine health assessments and collaborate with external healthcare providers as necessary. Prescribe medications as required.

- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) and valid medical license.

- Board certification in Geriatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role, preferably in an assisted living or Hospice long-term care setting.

- Strong knowledge of geriatric medicine and the unique needs of elderly patients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
