We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Finance to lead and oversee the organization's financial functions, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis. In this role, you will provide executive leadership, develop financial strategies, and ensure the organization’s financial health and compliance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization’s growth and objectives.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Lead and manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to guide financial strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are preferred.
10+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in senior financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing finance teams.
Proven ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable strategies.
