Position:

Great opportunity to join our team as Retail Account Manager!

You will be the administrative anchor between our retail accounts (B2B) and our sales and warehouse departments.

Key Responsibilities of Retail Account Manager (including but not limited to)

• Enter and track pre-season orders as well as replenishment orders on our B2B platform.
• Maintain customer account files
• Process invoices and credits
• Liaise with our US and UK warehouse teams as required
• Support the Canadian sales representatives with all the necessary work reports that will facilitate the achievement of our sales growth objectives
• All other related tasks as needed
  
  

Requirements:

To join us as Retail Account Manager you must have:

Essential

• Previous experience in a similar administrative position
• Excellent written and spoken skills; native or fluent in English and French
• Be proactive and able to manage multiple projects with multiple teams simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines, and to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Teams & Outlook
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with an ERP system; training will be provided for Microsoft Navigation
• Understanding of outdoor clothing and equipment with regards to comfort and product performance
• Ability to speak about clothing and equipment technologies with conviction and able to use real-life experience to help solve customer requests
