Must-have

  • Overall 12 years (or more) of experience in IT
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Service Now testing experience.
  • This includes experience in test case design, test planning and test effort estimation
  • Should have hands-on experience in any test management tool such as JIRA, Silk Central, HP QC etc
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Test Manager and should have managed a team of at least 5
  • Should have strong verbal and written communication

Good-to-have

  • Service Now certification
  • ISTQB Test Manager certification

  • Create and run test cases related to ServiceNow.
  • Analyse and test systems to resolve data discrepancies, enhance efficiency or support new business requirements.

Ensures system functionality and data integrity,

  • Strong communication skills as would be required

to work directly with customer/ end users

  • Strong technical design skills
  • Ability to work in agile kind of environment

with tight timelines

  • Ability to handle teams working in multiple

sites (onsite, offshore)
