We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Employee Resources Partner (ERP) to join our team. Our HR ERP will have the opportunity to play a key role in the organization supporting our business in several HR functions, our managers, and employees, including the following: a wide range of HR advice and support, assisting employees with individual needs, career development, building rapport, training, and providing management with advice compliance and effective employee relations.

Your Impact
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Employee Resources Partner (ERP) to join our team. Our HR ERP will have the opportunity to play a key role in the organization supporting our business in several HR functions, our managers, and employees, including the following: a wide range of HR advice and support, assisting employees with individual needs, career development, building rapport, training, and providing management with advice compliance and effective employee relations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and guide: employees, management, and business management. Implement programs to improve employee experience, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with HR Leadership and Legal when and as needed.
- During M&A, coordinate with other HR teams, such as payroll and benefits, to ensure smooth transition for employees.
- Identifies and implements training needs for managers and employees and provides input on executive coaching needs.
- Assists in identifying training needs for managers and employees and provides input on executive coaching needs.
- Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures.
Core Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Employee Resources Partner.
- Thorough understanding of General Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
- Working Knowledge of employment/labor laws. Experience Operating in California HR Environment preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.
