Your Impact

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Employee Resources Partner (ERP) to join our team. Our HR ERP will have the opportunity to play a key role in the organization supporting our business in several HR functions, our managers, and employees, including the following: a wide range of HR advice and support, assisting employees with individual needs, career development, building rapport, training, and providing management with advice compliance and effective employee relations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and guide: employees, management, and business management. Implement programs to improve employee experience, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with HR Leadership and Legal when and as needed.
  • During M&A, coordinate with other HR teams, such as payroll and benefits, to ensure smooth transition for employees.
  • Identifies and implements training needs for managers and employees and provides input on executive coaching needs.
  • Assists in identifying training needs for managers and employees and provides input on executive coaching needs.
  • Improve, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Employee Resources Partner.
  • Thorough understanding of General Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
  • Working Knowledge of employment/labor laws. Experience Operating in California HR Environment preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.
