Director, Business Development & Strategy - OD: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development and Strategy with a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree. What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances within optometry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and innovation aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and industry organizations.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with active licensure.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
