Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and on-going projects for all local listings for Banfield Pet Hospital locations, via YEXT platform, Google business manager, Apple business manager, and Meta business suite.

This is a remote position.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

Execute the day-to-day maintenance of all content on local listings, ensuring that hours, and contact information are up to date and accurate.

Work with Manager and team on strategy, planning and operationalization maximizing customer engagement to drive conversion.

Pull analytics on customer engagement from the Yext platform every 4 weeks.

Publish social posts weekly to all our listings.

Initiate testing ideas to support SEO/local listings strategies and gather Client learnings.

Complete assigned optimization projects in conjunction with manager and web ops team members.

Recommend optimizations in the local listings space by keeping up on digital marketing trends.

Implement systems and processes and/or operational improvements to better align and enhance efficiency for local listings.

Other Job Duties As Assigned.

Context and Scope

Deliver an optimal local listings experience to Clients and eventually visitors alike by working closely with colleagues within the Digital Marketing Team along with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Finance, Hospital Operations, Call Center and IT departments.

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business administration or other related field of study, or equivalent years of experience in local SEO work.

Years of experience: 1 year in marketing, SEO, project management.

Preferred experience: Yext platform, or similar tool.

Required skills: Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, adept at dealing with ambiguity, forward thinking, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence with cross-functional partners.
