Content Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a top personal injury law firm in Orange County, is seeking a skilled Content Manager to lead their content creation efforts, focusing on strategic blog, PR, and social media content. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO and experience with WordPress, as these will be crucial in driving the firm’s online presence and engagement. While based in Costa Mesa, CA, this position will primarily support a sister personal injury law firm in Texas, ensuring that their content aligns with the firm’s goals and resonates with their target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs, press releases, and social media posts, tailored to the needs of the Texas-based law firm.
• SEO Optimization: Utilize strong SEO knowledge to optimize all content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content that reflects the firm’s expertise in personal injury law and connects with potential clients.
• Social Media Management: Manage the firm’s social media presence, creating and curating content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
• PR and Outreach: Develop and distribute press releases and other PR content to enhance the firm’s reputation and visibility in the legal industry.
• WordPress Management: Oversee the content management system, particularly WordPress, ensuring that all content is properly formatted, tagged, and published in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals and legal standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve reach and impact.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and management, particularly in a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to apply them to blog, PR, and social media content.
• Proficiency in WordPress, including content formatting, tagging, and publishing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and informative content.
