Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with project management, coordinate various campaign tasks, and provide essential support to our account managers and senior staff.

You’ll help keep our projects running smoothly by maintaining documentation, communicating with clients and internal teams, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns
• Organizing and managing projects
• Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects
• Manage administrative duties
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce new campaign assets
• Responding to client emails and contributing to client calls
• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports
• Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies of advertising platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Prior work experience in an office environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter; able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
