Position Summary

The Content Manager will execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all aspects of the digital guest experience across our brands (Boca, Sotto, Nada, Domo) with a heavy emphasis on our meal delivery concept, Domo. Domo was created as a food delivery platform to connect our guests & friends to the dining experiences they were craving from our restaurants, delivered directly to their doorstep.

This person will oversee daily content strategy and operations while displaying a high attention to detail. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) that increases brand awareness, engagement with current and potential guests.

He/she must convey the BRG culture and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to our core principles.

Essential Responsibilities

The list below is not exhaustive, and responsibilities can be adjusted as needed to support the business.

  • Photography and Videography: Create shot lists, manage, and execute photoshoots (lifestyle & product shots). Occasionally organize and communicate with photography talent. Conceptualize and shoot short-form video content for social channels. Splice/compile video snippets for redistribution, including short clips, gifs, and streaming stories.
  • Content Strategy and Planning: Partner with marketing leadership to set a content strategy for new product launches and marketing campaigns. Lead content calendar organization. Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful product and campaign launches.
  • Social Media Management: In coordination with Ecommerce Consultant, plan and execute Meta Ad campaigns to drive participation, support, and community engagement. Manage various platform accounts/relationships (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc). Coordinate with the graphic design team to produce and edit graphics campaigns, as needed. Customize and test content for key targeted audiences and provide troubleshooting for platforms as needed.
  • Brand Alignment: Develop content in line with current brand personas and deepen/enrich those brands to drive consumer following and
  • Communications: Strong verbal and written communications internally with operations, leadership, and supporting team, including outside photographers.
  • Maintain Culture: Support, reinforce, and align decisions with BRG culture and standards.

Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years experience in video production and editing
  • 1-3 years experience in social media or other content creation
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized with a strong ability to project manage - sync calendars, schedules, logistics
  • Must be passionate about food and the hospitality industry
  • Engages in proactive and innovative problem-solving
  • Proficient in current and emerging social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time in an office environment. This individual will operate standard office equipment, computers, and keyboards through repetitive and substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and fingers to grasp. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, shake, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, with some lifting overhead up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus on a computer screen with extensive reading.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be working in the restaurant environment and exposed to sharp objects, slippery floors, smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold. In the restaurant setting, may regularly come into contact with water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, produce items, and seasonings. The employee is frequently required to wash hands. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
