We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of North America Sales Strategy to drive our business to new heights. The Director of NA Sales Strategy is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision of the NA International Sales Organization. They will lead the organization in identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that improve business operations, create growth opportunities, and increase market share. The Strategy Director will collaborate with the executive team to ensure that the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies are aligned with its mission and vision.

Strategy Director Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and vision
  • Research and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, threats, and trends
  • Lead and collaborate on strategic planning; goal setting, resource allocation, and implementation
  • Develop performance metrics to measure the success of strategic goals
  • Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizations
  • Support the executive team in decision-making and problem-solving

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related field
  • 10+ years in the hardware, services and software market

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of NA market research and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Able to develop and present compelling arguments
  • Able to think creatively and strategically
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $200,000-$225,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
