The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

We're looking for a Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate who will cover the launch of TikTok Shop Ads in North America region, be responsible for building strong partnerships with sales leaders & cross-functional teams and drive key functions of the business including analytics & reporting, planning & forecasting, as well as special strategic projects between TikTok Ecommerce and Global Business Solutions team. We are looking for someone who is eager to be a part of a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment, and will partner with and support cross-functional teams as well as the Monetization Strategy & Operations team at large. This role may require the ability to work across different time zones and use analytical rigor to identify and prioritize organizational growth levers & pain points. This person should have strategic thinking capabilities, be detail-oriented, a self-starter, able to wear multiple hats, have the ability to identify issues and take the initiative to solve them, and be comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Assume pivotal role as the strategy partner, executing short and long term sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting methodologies for a fast growing sales organization supporting TikTok E-Commerce ads
- Drive sales enablement and efficiency initiatives focused on revenue growth (GTM Strategies) and operational scalability
- Conduct internal and external research to formulate data-driven near-/medium-/long-term business recommendations, ensuring a forward-thinking and adaptive approach.
- Generate reports and dashboards that highlight business KPIs and drive sales intelligence by leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategic agenda of business teams and fuel business growth
- Build the data and tooling foundation to deliver the standardized and repeatable process, including unlock the data challenge and institutionalize the analytics framework
- Identify and complete key analysis to deep dive, analyze, and discover meaningful insights and collaborate with other XFN partners (i.e., Strategy, Product, Sales, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key projects, data trends, generate insights, and proactively engineer solutions to optimize processes
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support for completing key initiatives and unblocking issues, as well as thinking proactively to ensure communication and support are tailored to upcoming demands

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment & similar function (e.g. strategy & operations teams in other companies, consulting, finance); experience in e-commerce advertising is preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to function independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability and appetite for learning quickly in a fast-paced team environment
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to work within a complex environment with confidence. Using data and product curiosity to turn yourself into an expert that can own and drive an agenda across many stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110000 - $160000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
