One of our clients powers the alternative investment marketplace with a transformative financial technology platform, serving advisors, wealth management firms, asset managers, and banks. They manage approximately $191 billion in global client assets across 1,524 funds as of May 2024.

About the Role

Our client seeks an Associate or AVP to join their Solutions team, focusing on relationship management, business development, and support for GP clients.

Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management:

• Support daily management of GP client relationships.
• Respond to ad hoc requests, assist with platform demos/training, manage meeting agendas, and follow up on deliverables.
• Educate clients on platform enhancements, new features, and corporate developments.
• Identify and pitch prospective clients, assist in RFP preparation, and develop key relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, and strategic initiatives.
• Create presentation materials and analysis for client meetings and projects.

Solutions Team Strategy:

• Work with the Solutions team and senior executives to drive sales strategy, business development, CRM technology, and marketing initiatives.
• Lead internal projects and develop processes for GP client coverage.
• Develop presentations and analysis for internal meetings and projects.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years in client services, account management, sales, or business development.
• Knowledge of the alternative investments industry.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated client service skills.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
